Hallo,

Ik krijg steeds de melding dat ik de flash player moet downlaoden.

De google chrome installatie klik ik weg.
Ik heb internet explorer 9 erop zitten.

Hij downlaod alles, maar op een of andere manier installeert hij niet.

Want hij vraagt steeds opnieuw om te downlaoden.

wat doe ik fout. ?

Vink uit de extra gratis software: "Ja, installeer McAfee Security Scan Plus (optioneel) (0,9 MB)"
Klik op Nu downloaden.
Bewaar het bestand op je bureaublad.

Sluit nu eerst alle programma's.
Dubbelklik daarna op het gedownloade bestand.

Kan je nu wel installeren?

Ik lees wel dat in oudere versies lekken zitten.

Als de installatie nu gelukt is, is dat prima.

De computer blijft steeds vragen om de nieuwste versie te downloaden.

Vermoedelijk zijn er dan nog wat oudere versies in je systeem aanwezig.
Doe het volgende:

Download DDS van sUBS van één van deze locaties en plaats het op je bureaublad:
DDS - Bleeping Computer download.
DDS - Bleeping Computer download.

(DDS is een diagnosetool en maakt gebruik van scripts.)

Schakel je beveiligings software uit voordat je DDS uitvoert!

WinXP: Dubbelklik op DDS om de tool te starten.
WinVista/Win7: Rechtsklik op DDS en kies 'Uitvoeren als administrator'

DDS zal 2 logfiles openen:
* DDS.txt
* Attach.txt

Een scherm vraagt je om beide logjes op te slaan omdat de logjes weg zullen zijn als je ze sluit.
Sla de logjes op, bijvoorbeeld op je bureaublad, of een andere plaats waar je ze makkelijk terug vind.

Kopieer en plak de inhoud van beide logjes in een nieuw bericht.

Sluit alle openstaande programma's

De-installeer via Configuratiescherm - Programma's & onderdelen:
- Adobe Flash Player 11 ActiveX
- Adobe Shockwave Player 11.6
- swMSM


Open Internet Explorer
Volg DEZE handleiding om de Adobe Flash uninstaller te downloaden en voer de stappen uit.
In stap 4 haal je de nieuwste dan weer op.

Meldt even of het probleem daarna opgelost is.

swMSM waar vind ik dat programma
de andere heb ik verwijderd en de flash player er weer op gezet.
ik open bij you tube het eerste filmpje en vraagt weer om te installeren
normaal moet je toch de computer opnieuw opstarten om een programma te installeren.

b) Heb je eerst de computer herstart zoals in stap 4 staat en daarna via de aangegeven link geïnstalleerd?
